About: Rivers Casino is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team for the position of Customer Service Representative. The job involves interacting with guests, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a positive experience in a fast-paced casino setting.
Requirements: Understanding and compliance with company rules and regulations, policies, and procedures; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff; proficiency in English communication; basic math skills; experience with cash handling and customer service; regular attendance and flexibility in work schedule; physical abilities including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting; willingness to participate in team and customer interactions.
