Position: Lead Barista
About: The Asher Adams, an Autograph Collection Hotel, is a luxurious property located in the historic Union Pacific Depot in Salt Lake City. With a total of 225 keys, this full-service lifestyle luxury hotel offers a unique experience near the Delta Center, home of the Utah Jazz and a hub for various events.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Lead Barista or in a similar role is preferred; Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment; Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful; Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area; Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques; Prior cash handling experience
