Position: Lead Baker – Full Time
About: Whole Foods Market is looking for a dedicated and skilled Baker to join their team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality goods, providing leadership to the bakery team, and maintaining the company’s quality standards. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to safety and health regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 14 months of retail experience; thorough knowledge of bakery production items, especially scratch bread; ability to follow production schedules, recipes, and troubleshoot production issues; excellent communication and teamwork skills; passion for natural foods and Whole Foods Market’s mission; basic Microsoft Excel skills
