Position: Lead Baker – Full Time
About: Whole Foods Market is seeking a dedicated and skilled Baker to join their team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality goods in line with Whole Foods Market’s standards. This role involves providing leadership and mentorship to team members while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company procedures and values.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 14+ months of retail experience; ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift; knowledge of bakery production items, especially scratch bread; strong communication and teamwork skills; passion for natural foods and Whole Foods Market’s mission; willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
