Position: Lead Baker
About: Down to Earth, a community-driven local deli in Hawaii known for its exceptional products crafted with quality ingredients, is seeking a Lead Baker/Clerk III to join their team.
Requirements: Minimum of six months of baking experience; Kitchen equipment knowledge and good knife skills preferred; Previous natural foods retail experience preferred; Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, utilizing recipes and basic measurements; Ability to solve a variety of situations in a productive, friendly, and courteous manner; Ability to communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and customers; Ability to perform basic computer functions, particularly whilst utilizing Microsoft programs
