Position: Lead Baker
About: A bakery specializing in natural and organic products is seeking a dedicated Lead Baker to join their Kitchen Team, responsible for overseeing and leading the production of high-quality bakery items that meet the company’s standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of baking and commercial kitchen experience; current Oregon food handler’s card or ServSafe certification; ability to lead, organize, and apply baking techniques for quality products; proficient in kitchen math and measurements; strong attention to detail, efficiency, multitasking, and delegation; excellent communication and collaboration skills; proficient in using various baking equipment and utensils; exceptional knife handling skills; capable of standing for entire shifts and lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
