Position: Le Meridien Pasadena Arcadia – General Manager

About: The General Manager at this hotel is a polished, well-spoken, and well-regarded ambassador who carries a strong vision for the establishment. They are responsible for all aspects of operations, providing support, supervision, and guidance to the management team and associates to ensure financial optimization, high-quality service levels, and compliance with regulations and standards. The General Manager establishes priorities, leads operational initiatives, and maximizes revenue while controlling expenses. They are the key communicator with guests, clients, associates, ownership, corporate and brand representatives, and vendors. This role requires directing the work of at least 2 full-time associates and involves administrative, executive, or professional tasks with discretion and independent judgment.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; extensive experience in hotel management; strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of sales planning, budget development, and property improvement projects; ability to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
