Position: Laundry Attendant
About: This position is in the Housekeeping Department of a hotel, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. The primary responsibilities include removing laundry from rooms and chutes, washing, drying, and folding laundry, ensuring cleanliness of common areas, and maintaining ongoing guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service to all hotel guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; no previous experience required but preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality, good interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic knowledge of hotel operations, good time management skills, flexibility in work priorities, willingness to train new associates, and adherence to safety standards and procedures.
