Requirements: Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to follow guidelines and procedures; ability to work well in high-pressure situations; effective communication and conflict resolution skills; desire to deliver exceptional guest service; minimum age requirement of 18 years; flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and adherence to scheduled shift timings; physical ability to meet job demands including standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting.
