Position: Laundry Attendant
About: Spin Laundry Lounge, a leading eco-friendly laundromat with two locations in Portland, is currently seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Laundry Attendants. We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for sustainability. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with selecting washer and dryer features, explaining payment options, and highlighting the eco-friendly and cost-effective benefits of our state-of-the-art machines. In addition to providing excellent customer service, Laundry Attendants will be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our customers, handling washing, drying, and folding orders, and processing transactions accurately.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; passion for sustainability and community engagement; U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States; 18 years of age or older
