Requirements: Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to follow guidelines and procedures; ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations; effective communication and conflict resolution skills; desire to provide excellent hospitality service; must be 18 years of age or older; willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts
