Requirements: Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to follow guidelines and procedures; ability to work well in high-pressure situations; effective communication and conflict resolution skills; desire to provide exceptional guest service; minimum age of 18 years; willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctuality is essential for clocking in/out and breaks; provide sufficient notice for call-outs.
