Requirements: Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to follow guidelines and procedures; ability to work well in high-pressure situations; effective communication and conflict resolution skills; commitment to hospitality and guest service; minimum age of 18 years; willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and adherence to work schedules; physical ability to meet job demands including standing for extended periods, walking, performing repetitive motions, and lifting heavy items.
