Requirements: High school graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent; ability to read, write, and speak English and work with individuals with mental illness; minimum age of 18; CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certification on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and throughout employment; successful completion of post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, criminal background clearances, and other verifications as required; valid driver’s license and auto insurance if the position involves driving
