Position: Lapa Lounge Server
About: The Rio Las Vegas is seeking a Lounge Server to ensure complete customer satisfaction by serving beverages in the Lounge, adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, providing excellent customer service, and promoting casino events and programs. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements: At least 21 years of age; High school diploma or equivalent; One-year previous high volume cocktail experience; Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and craft cocktails; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to work any day of the week and scheduled shift; Well-groomed appearance and ability to work as part of a team; Schedule flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime; Knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients.
