Position: Landlord Engagement Specialist
About: Neighborhood House, a community organization serving over 16,000 individuals in Seattle/South King County, is seeking a Landlord Engagement Specialist to connect unhoused individuals and families with safe, stable, and affordable housing. The organization advocates for equitable access to services and policy changes that advance equity for all.
Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in property management, housing management, and/or real estate; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to thrive in a culturally diverse workplace dedicated to equity and inclusion; commitment to advancing racial equity and social justice; experience conducting group trainings; ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines; ability to work successfully in a collaborative, team-oriented organization; proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; team player who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working with diverse populations; ability to excel in highly visible, highly public settings and maintain a positive attitude under pressure; must have reliable, independent transportation for frequent travel
