Position: Lake Pleasant – Lead Line Cook
About: Harkins Theatres is seeking a Lead Line Cook to provide direction to other cooks and maintain excellent food quality standards according to Harkins’ recipes and standards. The role involves food preparation, final plate presentation, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation in a fast-paced environment for the ultimate moviegoing experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; minimum of 3-5 years of kitchen preparation and line cooking experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant; must be at least 18 years of age; ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends; capable of working in a fast-paced, standing position for extended periods; current food handler’s card and/or food safety certification required; strong communication skills and attention to detail; ability to handle physical demands and interact with guests and employees; proficiency in workplace language(s) and basic math skills; organized, detail-oriented, and team player; able to exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
