Position: Lake Pleasant Cine Grill – Server
About: Harkins Theatres, a leading entertainment venue, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to deliver exceptional service in our theatre. The server plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the theatre through sales and service excellence.
Requirements: 1+ year experience in high-volume restaurant setting preferred; Required to be at least 19 years of age; Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Able to work in a fast-paced, loud environment and in a standing position for extended periods of time; Required to obtain and maintain a current food handler’s card and/or food safety certification; Required to complete Responsible Vendor Training; Requires physical abilities like bending, stretching, lifting (up to 50 pounds), problem-solving, and strong communication skills; Proficient in primary language(s) used in the workplace, possess basic math skills, and operate a point-of-sale system; Professional image with attention to detail, well-organized, and customer-oriented; Capable of remaining calm, exercising good judgment, and maintaining confidentiality; Strong multitasking, prioritization, and flexibility skills
