Position: Lake Pleasant Cine Grill – Line Cook
About: Harkins Theatres, a renowned entertainment company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join their dynamic team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food according to Harkins’ recipes and standards, ensuring the consistency and excellence of all dishes. In addition to cooking duties, the Line Cook will assist in food preparation, plating, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; a minimum of 2 years of kitchen preparation and cooking experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant; minimum age of 18 years; availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends; ability to work in a fast-paced, standing position for extended periods; possession of a current food handler’s card or food safety certification; physical stamina for bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and interacting with guests and staff; proficiency in primary workplace language(s), basic math skills, and operation of a point-of-sale system; strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities; capacity to remain calm and make sound decisions in all situations
