Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in bakery specialization preferred; 6+ months of experience in scratch mixing, shaping, and baking; completion of food sanitation and safety training; strong knowledge of baking equipment operation and maintenance; familiarity with H-E-B systems; excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, reading, and writing skills; ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, perform detailed tasks, and interact effectively with customers; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage over 70 lbs; proficiency in maintaining sanitation and food safety standards; adherence to H-E-B code dating policy
