Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a Master’s degree in Business, Labor Relations, or Human Resources preferred; 5+ years of diverse experience in Labor Relations or HR positions involving direct labor relations, grievance procedures, and arbitration; excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, leadership abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, change management experience, talent development skills, proficiency in technology tools like Word, Excel, HRIS, and PowerPoint
