Position: La Mar Server – PM
About: Mandarin Oriental, Miami, a luxurious hotel located in Brickell Key, is seeking a dedicated La Mar Server to join their team. The hotel provides a prime location for both business and leisure guests, offering 326 guest rooms and 31 suites along with Miami’s only private beach. The La Mar Server will be responsible for greeting, serving, and assisting guests while maintaining the dining room’s cleanliness and work areas.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting; Have excellent communication skills with fluency in English required, bilingual preferred; Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays; Must be able to work in a high-paced and dynamic operation; Able to work collaboratively with colleagues; Possess a pleasant, friendly, and helpful demeanor; Able to consistently provide excellent guest service and handle guest requests attentively.
