Position: La Hiki Host (On Call)
About: Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for La Hiki Hosts who have a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The La Hiki Hosts report to the La Hiki General Manager and are responsible for greeting guests, seating, bidding farewell, answering telephone calls, taking reservations, and coordinating end-of-shift reservation data. La Hiki is a modern update on exotic pan-Asian restaurants, offering traditional favorites and dishes inspired by local ingredients for breakfast and dinner.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one year of previous employment in a customer service role, preferably in food & beverage; fluent in English, both verbal and written; strong communication and computer skills; attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; legal work authorization in the United States
