Position: Kitchen+Bar – Bartender
About: New hotel opening soon in Chattanooga, Tennessee seeking a Barback/Bartender to join the team at Drury Hotels. This position plays a key role in maintaining the food prep and hotel bar area while providing exceptional service to guests.
Requirements: Must be 21 years old or older; One experience bartending required; Two or more years of bartender experience preferred; A high school diploma or equivalent; Completion of two years of college preferred; Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements; Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English; Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment; Ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to open and close the bar, obtain necessary supplies for mixing cocktails, and maintain cleanliness; Ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make appropriate change
