Position: Kitchen Supervisor
About: Torchy’s, founded in Austin, Texas in 2006, has expanded to numerous locations across multiple states with a mission to be damn good and serve the best tacos. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of the House (BOH) operations in a dynamic and quality-driven environment.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants; state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification; high-level understanding of training and development concepts; ability to foster teamwork; leadership skills; oral and written communication skills; excellent time management; bilingual skills a plus; ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds; ability to stand and walk for extended periods; flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights
