Position: Kitchen Steward Supervisor
About: Oversee the daily operation of the stewarding department and operational responsibilities such as ware washing, china, glass, and silver washing, storage, organization, and inventory. Train and develop Kitchen Steward team members to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met. Assist with food production tasks and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least five (5) years experience in stewarding, kitchen maintenance, or kitchen operations in Hospitality; ability to operate stewarding equipment safely and attentively; proactive, creative, and flexible problem solver; effective decision-making skills; reliable and punctual
