Requirements: Prior experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not always required; knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment; ability to work effectively as part of a team, follow instructions, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail for accuracy in food preparation, plating, and presentation; willingness to learn and adapt to changing menus, recipes, and procedures; understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices; good communication skills to interact with colleagues and occasionally with customers
