Requirements: Candidates need to have understanding of techniques and knowledge of food service; High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum of two (2) years experience in an institutional food service environment or enrollment in a culinary program and a strong desire to learn; Experience in an Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, hospital, or other healthcare environment preferred; Drivers license; Serve Safe Certified
