Position: Kitchen Prep/Salad Bar Prep
About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a Kitchen Prep/Salad Bar Attendant to assist the Heart of House with ingredient preparation and maintenance of the Garden Bar and dish machine area according to safety and sanitation standards. The position involves cleaning food preparation areas, washing fruits and vegetables, assembling ingredients, maintaining food quality, stocking the Garden Bar, and ensuring overall cleanliness and organization.
Requirements: Must be 18 years old; High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Able to lift and carry up to 70lbs, up to 20 times per shift; Ability to stand 100% of shift; Works frequently in a damp, hot work environment; Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
