About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a Kitchen Prep/Salad Bar Attendant to assist the Heart of House in ingredient preparation, Garden Bar setup, and maintenance following safety and sanitation guidelines. The role involves cleaning food preparation areas, washing and preparing ingredients, ensuring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements: Must be 18 years old; High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Able to lift and carry up to 70lbs, up to 20 times per shift; Ability to stand 100% of shift; Works frequently in damp, hot work environment; Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
