Position: Kitchen Prep/Salad Bar Prep
About: Ruby Tuesday, a casual dining restaurant chain, is seeking a Kitchen Prep/Salad Bar Attendant. This multi-function position involves assisting the Heart of House with ingredient preparation, setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the Garden Bar and dish machine area following Ruby Tuesday’s procedures and safety requirements.
Requirements: Must be 18 years old; High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Able to lift and carry up to 70lbs, up to 20 times per shift; Ability to stand 100% of shift; Works frequently in a damp, hot work environment; Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
