Requirements: Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as broiler, steamer, chef knife, convection oven, mixer, and slicer; effective communication with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests; fluency in English; adept at working in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment; possession of a valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.
