About: Bambuza Hospitality Group at the Salt Lake City Airport is seeking a Kitchen Prep Cook & Cashier to join their team in creating delicious grab-and-go meals for travelers in a vibrant dining environment.
Requirements: Previous experience in food preparation or as a line cook preferred, but not required; strong knife skills, knowledge of food preparation techniques, and attention to detail; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; cash handling skills and basic point-of-sale interaction; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once; knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards; ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays; attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products; obtain food handlers card prior to working
