Position: Kitchen Manager – Restaurant
About: Torchy’s Tacos, a well-established restaurant chain with locations across multiple states, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join their team. The company prides itself on serving the best damn tacos with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants; 3+ years of kitchen management experience; State alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification; high-level understanding of training and development concepts; ability to foster teamwork; leadership skills; oral and written communication skills; excellent with time management; ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds; ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time; ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
