Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Horizons Café, located in the ConocoPhillips building in downtown Anchorage, is seeking a dedicated and hands-on individual to manage the daily operations and catering services on-site. This leadership role involves overseeing a small team and ensuring excellent service delivery in compliance with contractual obligations and food safety regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; five (5) years of experience in quantity food production operations and at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in the food service industry; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Certified Professional Food Manager or equivalent; proficient in Microsoft Office; must be able to pass pre-employment screening process including drug screen, criminal background check, and post-offer physical/functional capacity evaluation
