Position: KITCHEN MANAGER job
About: Cubby’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join their team. The Kitchen Manager will act as the Person in Charge, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and overseeing various operational aspects to maintain quality standards and customer service. This role reports to the Store Manager and involves responsibilities in food service management, safety, sanitation, customer service, communication, training, development, and leadership within the company’s standards and policies.
Requirements: 2+ years prior management experience in a food service operation or proven experience in food service operations with Cubby’s; Current SERV Safe certification required; Must be 18 years of age or older to work with kitchen equipment; Capable of using knives, slicers, and other food preparation equipment; Must maintain a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record
