Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; extensive experience in kitchen operations and food safety standards; proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team in a high-energy environment; commitment to consistency and quality in every dish; skilled in scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining smooth kitchen flow; a dependable leader who leads by example; able to handle the demands of a busy kitchen and lift up to 25 pounds if needed; a can-do mindset that keeps the kitchen atmosphere upbeat and productive
