About: Royal Farms is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager/Food Service Leader (FSL) to oversee the food service and beverage operation, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and food service standards. The FSL is responsible for leading the team, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe Certified or ability to obtain certification within 6 months; able to lift and carry 50 lbs; proficient in basic business math, computer skills, and decision-making
