About: Maui Brewing Co. Waikiki is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join their team in Waikiki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and empowering kitchen staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, ensuring food quality and safety, addressing kitchen issues promptly, and fostering communication with the front-of-house team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or culinary setting preferred; strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
