Position: Kitchen Line Cook – Broiler

The Broiler Cook position at Perry’s involves following established recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications, demonstrating understanding of equipment usage and maintenance, preparing and plating food in a hygienic and timely manner, performing basic preparation duties, assisting with kitchen cleaning and organization, and carrying out additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen environment preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen setting; excellent communication and teamwork skills
