Position: Kitchen Line Cook – Broiler

The Broiler Cook position at Perry’s involves following established recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications; demonstrating understanding and knowledge of equipment use and maintenance; preparing, cooking, and plating food hygienically and in a timely manner; performing basic food preparation duties; assisting in kitchen cleaning, sanitizing, and organization; and carrying out additional responsibilities as requested by the Chefs or Managers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment; physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment
