Position: Kitchen Cook
About: Bruno’s Pizza is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to join their team as a phone order taker. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, ensuring accurate and friendly order-taking from customers. In addition, the role includes kitchen duties such as preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining quality standards, checking food freshness, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service-related role preferred; excellent communication and active listening skills; ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail; availability to work weekends and evenings as required
