Position: Kitchen Assistant
About: The Telluride Association at the Michigan Branch is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant (KA) to support food service and maintain kitchen cleanliness at their location on 1735 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor, MI. The KA will work closely with the Head Chef and Assistant Chef in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and food safety according to Michigan State Health Codes.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to maintain cleanliness per health codes; ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision; teamwork skills; 18 years or older for kitchen equipment operation; flexibility in working hours including evenings and weekends; pass acceptable background check standards; willingness to pursue professional development opportunities; commitment to anti-racism and diversity initiatives in the workplace.
