Position: Kids Supervisor-Events
About: Organize and supervise kids parties and events, partnering with Kids Leader to train, coach, and schedule team members. Identify activities and lesson plans, provide supplies, and work closely with families to register for parties and events. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth party operations and provide quality experiences for members and guests in a friendly and engaging manner. Ensure children’s safety and engagement during activities and maintain a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; ability to train and coach team members; effective communication and organizational skills; sales and promotion abilities; availability to work evenings and weekends; at least 1 year of experience working with children
