About: KFC and Long John Silver’s is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Team Members in the restaurant. Team Members play a vital role as the face of the establishment, serving customers with world-famous food and creating a positive dining experience for every guest. They uphold high standards in service and cleanliness to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include problem-solving, training, goal achievement, maintaining positive energy, teamwork, and meeting restaurant standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to solve problems independently; strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset; positive attitude and ability to create a great atmosphere; excellent organization skills and attention to detail; physical ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, push/pull up to 90 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods; adherence to safety and security procedures; knowledge of restaurant operations and compliance with HR policies.
