The Hourly Assistant Manager at Fulenwider KFC/Taco Bell is responsible for directing the team, ensuring compliance with company standards, and overseeing various aspects of daily operations.
Requirements: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service; Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; Ability to work effectively in a team environment; Basic business math and strong decision-making skills; Basic personal computer literacy; High School Diploma or GED preferred; 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food or retail environment preferred; Ability to operate restaurant equipment according to procedures; Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry loads up to 30 feet; Ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs. and carry up to 30 feet; Adherence to safety requirements set by the Company and City/State/United States
