Position: KFC Shift Manager
About: The Shift Manager (SM) is an hourly position within a restaurant, assisting management in routine administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities include driving customer service excellence, maintaining company standards, reviewing food handling procedures, and assessing operational processes. The Shift Manager is also responsible for crew training, coaching, and may handle restaurant opening and closing in the absence of management.
