Position: KFC Restaurant General Manager
About: The Restaurant General Manager at a renowned restaurant chain is responsible for providing overall leadership and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant to ensure the exceeding of annual operating targets. Key focal points include driving excellence in customer service, maintaining company standards in product and facility specifications, supervising food handling procedures and operational processes, exercising financial control to meet profit margin targets, and selecting, training, developing, and motivating employees. The RGM is hands-on and leads by example, actively involved in operational work as needed to train employees and respond to customer needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in restaurant management; strong leadership and organizational skills; excellent understanding of financial aspects of restaurant operations; effective communication and interpersonal abilities
