Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; natural leadership abilities with a passion for creating a positive work environment; strong customer service focus with dedication to serving quality food; alignment with company culture and values; ability to set and maintain high standards; willingness to face challenges in a dynamic restaurant environment; minimum age of 18, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a desire for continuous learning and growth
