About: SOLSTICE Keyholders are integral team members who act as the Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Store Manager. They lead by example, ensure sales goals are met, and uphold operational functions while embodying SOLSTICE’s core values and selling culture.
Requirements: High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred; Passion for fashion, trends and style; Strong leadership qualities; Positive attitude and approach to work; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and email; Strong attention to detail; Reliable and punctual; Able to work flexible hours; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to climb a ladder; Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
