Position: Kasumi Server Assistant @ Waterstone Resort
About: Waterstone Resort & Marina, a Curio Collection by Hilton property, managed by Schulte Hospitality Group, is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Restaurant Server Assistant (Food Runner/Busser/Barback) to join their team. The resort is located on the Boca Inlet overlooking the Boca Bay with the modern Japanese restaurant, Kasumi, settled within their Heart of Hospitality.
Requirements: Minimum of high school education; minimum of one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant service role preferred; food handler & alcohol awareness certification preferred, or able to obtain; basic understanding of food and beverage service; ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods, and lift heavy objects when necessary; excellent communication and teamwork skills; professional appearance and demeanor; flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of food and beverage service
